What to include
The order number if there is one, and the part number if there is not. With those two things a first reply can be an answer instead of a question.
For a technical question, tell us what you are trying to do rather than which part you think you need. Half the time there is a better answer than the one being asked about, and we can only offer it if we know what the machine is doing.

If you have found a problem with this site, tell us before you tell anybody else and we will fix it and credit you. We do not send lawyers at people who report vulnerabilities.
