Shipping
What it costs, when it leaves, and where it ships from. No account needed, no minimum order, and the price you see is the price everyone sees.

What it costs
- Orders over $99.99
- Free. Ground service, anywhere we ship.
- Orders under $99.99
- $5.99 flat, however many line items are on it.
- Expedited
- Quoted live from the carrier at checkout, against our own account. What you pay is what they charge us to move that box to that address.
One flat number rather than a table of weights and zones. We would rather absorb the difference on a heavy order than make you work out what a purchase costs before you can approve it.
When it leaves
Stocked items ordered before 15:00 Eastern on a business day go out the same day. After that, the next one. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays, and neither do the carriers, so a Friday afternoon order and a Saturday order both move on Monday.
Anything not held in stock shows its own lead time on the product page, in working days, before you add it to a cart. That figure comes from what the supplier has actually told us rather than from an average, and where we do not have a date we say so instead of guessing at one.
A cart mixing stocked and lead-time items ships when the slowest line is ready, unless you ask us to split it. Splitting is free. Email us the order number and say which lines you need first.
Where it ships from
our own warehouse in Macedonia, Ohio, our West Coast distribution centre and our East Coast distribution centre. Which one an order leaves from depends on what is on it and where it is going, and it is decided for you - there is nothing to choose at checkout.
Orders occasionally arrive in more than one parcel because of it. That is not a split shipment in the billing sense: you are charged shipping once, on the order, whatever number of boxes it takes to get there.
Where we ship
the United States and Canada. Everywhere else is a conversation rather than a checkout - export paperwork on industrial control equipment is not something to automate badly, and a shipment held at a border helps nobody.
We ship to job sites, freight forwarders and mail rooms without argument. Put the site contact and their number in the address so the driver has somebody to call.
What we will not ship
This store sells parcel goods. Anything that has to move on a pallet - anything needing a liftgate, an appointment, an inside delivery or a freight broker - is deliberately not sold here.
That is not a limit on what we supply, only on what this website will take money for. We move that equipment regularly; it goes through a quote and a purchase order, because a freight lane priced by a web form is priced wrong. Ask, and you get a real number from a person.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed the moment the label is created, which is usually a few hours before the parcel physically moves. A number that shows nothing for a while has not failed - the carrier has not scanned it yet.
If it has been two business days with no movement, tell us. We will chase the carrier, and we will do it whether or not the delay is anything to do with us.
If it arrives damaged
Keep the box. Photograph the box, the packing and the part, then tell us within three business days. Carriers refuse damage claims without the original packaging, and the claim is ours to make rather than yours.
A replacement goes out as soon as we have the photographs. We do not wait for the carrier to settle - that is between us and them, and it takes weeks that you do not have.
